2. Description of Service
Scoopr provides a software-as-a-service quoting tool designed for dog waste removal business owners. Features include quote generation, overhead tracking, marketing material creation, and lead export functionality.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Scoopr offers a subscription-based service. Free trial users receive 5 complimentary quotes. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Data and Privacy
Scoopr does not store customer quote data on our servers. Quote information is generated in real-time and can be exported by you. Your account information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Scoopr is intended for legitimate business use by dog waste removal operators.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property related to Scoopr remain the property of Scoopr or its licensors. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scoopr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Scoopr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
